DEXMERGE TERMS

Terms of Use

These terms explain how to use Dexmerge, share work, and take part in the community. Please read them before creating an account or contributing.

Effective October 15, 2026 · Last updated October 15, 2026

1. Agreeing to these terms

When you create an account or use Dexmerge, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “Dexmerge,” “we,” and “us” mean the team operating the Dexmerge service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age and consent rules that apply where you live. If local law requires verifiable parent or guardian permission for your use of Dexmerge, do not create an account unless that permission has been obtained through a process we provide. Never misstate your age.

2. Your account

Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law says otherwise. Do not sell, transfer, or impersonate another person through an account.

3. Community conduct

Use Dexmerge lawfully and treat other members with respect. You may not use the service to:

  • harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or share another person’s private information without permission;
  • post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful material;
  • spam, run scams, impersonate people or organizations, or misrepresent your work or identity;
  • upload malware, compromise accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or evade access controls;
  • infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • scrape, collect, or reuse member information in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

Give credit when work builds on another person’s contribution. Do not share passwords, verification codes, financial details, or other sensitive information in public content.

4. Your content and the rights you give us

You keep ownership of content you create and submit, including posts, messages, project descriptions, code, files, images, videos, voice notes, and feedback. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it.

When you submit content, you give Dexmerge a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, adapt only as needed for technical delivery, and display or transmit that content to the audience and features you select. This permission exists only to operate, secure, and improve the service features you choose. It ends when the content is deleted from active service, subject to copies held by recipients, backups, safety records, or legal retention requirements.

Public profiles, posts, project pages, and public files may be visible to visitors and may be copied, linked, indexed, or shared by others. Private messages and invited workspaces are intended for their participants, but recipients may copy or disclose what they receive. Do not post something unless you are comfortable with its chosen audience seeing it.

5. Projects, contributions, and collaboration

Project pages and contribution areas help people exchange ideas. A project owner can view contributions made to that project. Posting an idea does not make it confidential or transfer your intellectual property to the project owner. Before using another person’s code, design, or contribution in a product, agree directly on the rights, attribution, and terms that apply.

Dexmerge does not promise that a collaboration, contact, project, or contribution will be safe, accurate, available, or successful. Use your judgment when you work with people you meet here.

6. Messages, hubs, and live events

Use private conversations, community hubs, voice or video rooms, and shared workspaces only for their intended audience. Hosts and administrators may manage access to rooms and communities. Do not record, publish, or redistribute another participant’s private communication without permission or a lawful basis.

Live features may require access to your microphone, camera, or screen. Your browser asks before granting those permissions. You can change or revoke them in your browser settings.

7. Dexmerge service and third-party providers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Dexmerge. Authentication, storage, feeds, chat, calls, hosting, and other functions rely on third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; Dexmerge does not control those sites.

8. Moderation and account actions

We may review reports and take reasonable steps when content or activity violates these terms, threatens someone’s safety, creates legal risk, or harms the service. Actions may include removing content, limiting a feature, suspending access, or closing an account. Where practical, we will give an explanation and a way to contact us about an action.

To report an issue, use Give feedback in Dexmerge or email frankanya10@gmail.com. Do not include passwords or sign-in codes.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Dexmerge is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and we disclaim implied warranties that the law allows us to disclaim. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Dexmerge will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount the law permits. These terms do not limit liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Dexmerge changes. We will post the current version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects members, we will use an appropriate in-product notice where practical. Continuing to use Dexmerge after updated terms take effect means you accept them where acceptance is legally effective.
